China's current building energy consumption is more than 30% of the country's total energy consumption, and over 50% of the building energy consumption is lost through doors and windows, and glass accounts for 70 percent of the window area. Our product tests show that wooden houses in North America can save 32% of heating costs by replacing our tempered vacuum glass.

The single sheet tempered vacuum glass with wooden window frame was tested by the National Building Materials Test Center, and the tested K value was better than 0.8 W/m² K  which is the national passive house window requirements.

Tempered vacuum glass fully meets the technical requirements of national safety glass. It is used in passive green buildings . The windows are thinner, flexible and easy to open and close.The window sash has a long service life because the windows do not easily droop and deform caused by overweight.

Since non-tempered vacuum glass or semi-tempered vacuum glass does not meet the technical requirements of national safety glass, it must be made into vacuum hollow composite glass. Windows are prone to sag and deform, and the life of window frames and hardware is shortened.
