ICESUN tempered vacuum glass has begun to be applied in the extremely cold region of eastern Canada since 2016. The local winter can last for 8 months, with frequent snowstorms, more than ten levels of strong winds and more than 1m deep snowfall overnight, which is the norm of the local climate. This project with energy saving vacuum glass is under continuous construction, and the tempered vacuum glass of phase III project is being supplied in early 2021.

According to the customer feedback, there was a snow-white land outside, and the outdoor temperature was about minus 20 degrees on December 30, 2017. The sunshine corridor with thermal insulation vacuum glass in the southwest is warm and comfortable without heating. "Wow, ICESUN vacuum glass keeps warm like the wall."

This project with safety vacuum glass has achieved three achievements:

1. It is the first application of global single vacuum glass in the project, configured as TL5 + 0.4V + T5;
2. It is the first application of single vacuum glass in extremely cold areas with minus 30-50 degrees;
3. It is the first application of the world's largest single vacuum glass, with the area of 2m*2m.
